This specimen has a highly branched stem, is fast growing, and forms clumps very easily. Its greyish-green leaves are thin and curved at the top.
It produces multiple flower spikes of fine, scaly brown bracts and beautiful flowers in shades of mauve, purple and white.
It requires generous sun exposure in winter, preferring shade in summer, always with good lighting, as well as places with moderate humidity and good ventilation.
It is recommended to have it hanging to avoid the accumulation of water by irrigation or rain in its base, which could cause unwanted rotting.
