Sending the material will be made once payment is received, over a period of 2-3 days, provided that the material is available in stock. The transport agency will be choosen freely at all times. Ecoterrazas can deliver at two or more shipments as convenience and product availability at Ecoterrazas. For items not available in stock, the customer will be notified of the estimated delay.

If your order is equal or above 50 € and does not exceed 5kg shipping will free of charge. However the shipping COD charge has reduced the total applying the carrier handling fee which varies depending on the volume and weight of the order. In Terms and Conditions have more information about the different types of payment. 

Availability / Shipping has a large stock of material in store, we also work directly with the wholesalers. But often there are stock shortages so it is not possible to have all the material here offered for fast delivery.


You have 7 days in which without justification may return products purchased as long as they are as you would like to receive their products.
